Before you book
Do I need to pack everything myself?
No. Choose full packing, just the fragile items, or none at all. We'll mark your choice on the written plan so the crew brings the right materials.
Will you take apart and rebuild furniture?
Yes. Beds, tables, desks and flat-pack shelving are taken apart, bagged with their fittings and rebuilt at the new place.
How much notice do you need?
More notice gives you more date options, especially at month-end. Send a request with your preferred date and we'll tell you what's open.
Can you hold my things between homes?
Short-term storage is included when handover dates don't line up. Your load stays wrapped and together until delivery.
What if my move changes after I get a quote?
Tell us before moving day. We'll update the written plan so the price and crew still match what's actually moving.
